“ULTIMATE GARDEN PARTY DREAM”* CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES
1. GENERAL. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. By participating in this contest, sponsored by the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission ("the Sponsor") and Delaware North Companies, INC. Boston (“DNCB”), the participant acknowledges and agrees to all of these Official Rules. Contest Period begins on. All times in this contest refer to Eastern Standard Time. By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are at its sole discretion and are binding and final. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification from this contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The contest is open only to legal U.S. residents of MA who are 18 years of age or older as of March 25, 2015. Employees of the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission and DNCB, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the officers, directors, agents, employees, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) of each of the foregoing are not eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, submit a short essay between 25 – 250 words sharing an experience that answers the question, “What would your dream experience/ultimate party at the TD Garden in Boston be?”
The promotion period will begin on . and all entries must be submitted via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org by. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. You must include your name, address and phone number in your e-mail entry. Winner will be chosen based on the content of his or her essay, including theme, clarity and message. The decision of the judges reviewing entries will be final and binding on all matters related to the Contest.
